Fishing at the River ”Vemån” and nearby waters.

In the surrounding area
you will find a whole variety of fishing opportunities, in the mountains as well
as in the forested landscape.

For the family you have
easy access to a number of lakes, tarns and streaming waters. Here, right in
front of the restaurant, the more experienced fisherman can challenge the big
arctic grayling, which grow to over 1 kg in weight.

The Mountain lake
“Oxsjön” with it´s population of arctic char is an undisputable given
must-visit-point. In the same area you will also find “Sandvikströmmen” and
other parts of the Ljusnan river system. Another exciting and most beautiful
area awaits you at “Aloppan”, where you will find big fish (and big mosquitoes).
Here you will find a number of smaller lakes and tarns with a variety of fish of
the salmon family.

Naturally, we also sell
fishing permits and offer fishing equipment and canoes for hire. Because we
ourselves are active fishermen, we also know the fishing waters and what to
expect there. We will be happy to furnish you with tips pertaining to where the
fish presently hit and what they for the time being prefer.

be glad to help you with preparing them!
