King of the swedish forest!
Homemade ovenbaked paté of calfmoose liver. With crispy fried bacon, oakleaf
salad, tomatoe, pickled vegetables and watercress. Served on homemade coarse bread.

Where the Sea meets the Mountains!
Fried fillet of arctic char, with cream-cooked potatoes, spiced with genuine
anchovies (spratts), dill and mustard. Served on homebaked swedish “kavring”
bread together with spring salad and salmon roe!

Fresh from  free-grazing reindeer.
Pepperfried roast of reindeer and smoked reindeer heart. Served with
egg- and potatoe salad, curly endive salad, crispy bread from the farm
“Nybo-Gård” in Vemhån, complimentet with our own chipotle-flavoured “ketchup”
made of lingonberries.
