from the farm “Kullens Gård” in Klövsjö.

Pepper-spiced top round steak of reindeer from “Lennart Blindh” in
Funäsdalen. With “Kolbulle”, the oldtime main fare of swedish lumberjacks, made
with smoked baconside from the smokehouse “Bruksvallarna Rökeri”. Served with
reduced lingon sauce, salsify and cream-cooked pointed cabbage.
